OUR STORY
We are the kids from Coram Deo Place of Care.
Coram Deo Ministry was esablished as a non-profit-organisation registered in 2005. Encouraged with the passion to help others a childrens home called Coram Deo Place of Care was born in 2008..
In January 2014 we, Elroy & Eureke Bagley, took over the Home as its locally known..
We have 16 children placed with us by Social Development, mostly children coming from an abused, abandoned or orphaned background..
The Home has three permanent care-givers, one handyman/gardener and a laundry lady in it's employ at the moment..
We also have a Pre-School with 6 of our own kids and 19 of the local children from the village of Mathokazini attending.. 10 of our kids are attending the school across the road at Mathokazini Junior School. Really a blessing for having the school so close to us...
Our story begins back in January 2013 when we moved to Coffee Bay to fulfill a promise made to God & finally be united with our then 6 month old Beloved Daughter of God, Amy Bathiah.
She was born 9 August 2012, placed at Coram Deo Place of Care, we met her at two weeks old. Named Ahuva Bathiah, Hebrew meaning Beloved Daughter of God. "Our kids (if God ever granted us that gift was always, Joshua & Amy)'' well he did give us our precious gift and the moment we laid eyes on her and heard the meaning of her name it was settled. She was our Beloved Daughter of the King.
Some background about us.
Elroy was with UCSA for 8 years, where he was priviledged for being involved with camps, outreaches in RSA & bordering countries, holiday clubs etc. Eureke was a professional in the construction industry.
After 5 years of marriage God called us back to full-time ministry. So here we are in ''rural'' Coffee Bay, a small community God placed on our hearts 12 years back..
